I left home last Thursday 23 April travelling from Herefordshire to East Anglia. At no time in my travels has traffic information available to me, 5 days. The right hand panel keeps its rotational symbol. Testing the traffic information by for asking for a weather forecast returns that Tomtom has a server problem. Is this true? How to I get it to start. I have nearly 12 months ago subscription to run.

It would be interesting to know what your network connection looked like during that period of time. It sounds like the carrier no longer recognizes your SIM ID.
