Ive had my tomtom for 7 weeks now. Called and emailed tomtom a dozen times at least, they keep saying I can have it replaced for free as it will not go past the start up screen. UPS is supposed to send me an email for me to attach the pertenant information to the package but after many conversations it has never arrived. Iam at the end of my rope. I cant find a way to get past the customer service people, does anybody have any sugesstions how to resolve my issue.
