TomTom Rider 2 Bluetooth Prob

Hi all, hope you can help! I have a rider 2 that worked fine with Scala/Cardo headset and iphone. I used a car kit to go on holiday and since I can't get the tomtom to find any bluetooth device let alone connect to the headset. I have tried disabling booth bluetooth and headset and renabling. I have tried resetting factory settings, but no joy! Somebody help...please!
