Just a couple of points..
1. Is column N for the "XL LIVE IQ Routes Edition"? If so, it does have Text to speech in some countries.

2. AFAIK, the GO x50 models my have had the hardware for a light sensor, but it was never enabled in the software.

3. In some of the cells, there are multiple answers for the different models in the same column. Usually, if there are, say, three models there are three answers (eg "No/No/yes") but sometimes there are only two which is a bit confusing..
For example, I think cells U39, U40, and U42, should be "No/No/Yes"

There are similar examples in in column T.

4. Also, I don't have a GOx30 but I thought all of the 530,730,930 had mp3 players. The GO630 is quite different and maybe should have a column to itself.

I am looking to purchase a Tomtom so find your spreadsheet very helpful.

Understand, though, this is pretty old information. It includes none of the current models, nor many of the previous generation.
