Phone symbol disappears whilst driving

Hi is it normal for the phone symbol to disappear from the screen once I start driving on my via 135 ?.

Hi is it normal for the phone symbol to disappear from the screen once I start driving on my via 135 ?.

I have a different model, but I have no such issue on my GO 1535. It gives me an excellent hands-free phone connection on the road.

Does the Via 135 actually have a connection to your phone? I am really not familiar with the models sold in the UK, but here the Via models with which I am familiar do not have a phone connection.

That's the same as our Via 1535 here. There's a hands-free option on that one.

Yes I have connection between phone & satnav but when I am driving phone symbol disappears until I stop then it reappears .
