New route planner for try-out

Dear all,

Since I got my TomTom Rider, I have been searching for a convenient way to use Google Maps to create scenic tours. Because none of the available tools were really what I wanted (I use a Mac), I created my own.

This tool is now available for try-out at TomTom itinerary generator .

The tool uses Google Maps to manage the route. You can create new routes, and view or edit existing ones. Use a standard text editor (e.g. Notepad on Windows, or TextEdit on Mac) to open ITN files from your TomTom device, and copy&paste contents between these files and the tool.

Fixed: reordering waypoints on Internet Explorer 8

Re-ordering of waypoints with Internet Explorer 8 (using the list in the leftmost column) wasn't working. It is now.

I like the web-page you set up, but is there a way to have it *take* freeways? If there is a setting I can't find it.
