iPhone iOS 8 compatibility

Has anyone verified there are no issues running TomTom app under the new iOS 8 upgrade? I am planning a long trip and do not want to upgrade unless I know the navigation will be working flawlessly. Alternately, do you know if TomTom is planning an app update for iOS 8?

iOS 8 was released 2 hours ago as I type this .......... hardly enough time for any consumer to test the app.

If you are happy with how things are working now and rely upon the phone for navigation, I'd hold off upgrading .......... just in case.
