i have problem on 1230

No such model as Z1230 or 1230, but I am guessing you have a Start 25 / Via 1505.

You must install the MyDrive Connect application in order to communicate with this device from your PC. (MyDrive ist erforderlich)

Use the window area on the left, not the right (that's for older models). The big button is for Windows machines. Just below, there is text "Download for Mac OS X" if you have a Mac.

That's assuming he's able, Arno. As our resident German speaker, perhaps you can even sort it for us if he writes only auf Deutsch?
But as he says 'driver', one can only imagine that it's the MyDrive Connect package that's the heart of the issue here.
