how to find the memory card from tomtom via 135 m. on computer

I have a 32gb memory card installed on my via 135 m.
Trouble is I cannot find the device on computer when I connect it,
I want to see all my information that I have on tomtom and to see the information stored on device and and on the card.

I have no idea whether all my POI s are stored on the SD card or on the device.
As there seems to be no way of finding the actual device via the computer.

I also had to download a POI editor program just to see the destinations that Ive saved on device
there seems no way to see this on computer.

Unlike older generations, you do not see either the internal nor uSD card as storage devices. Your 135 is more akin to a little mini-server.

FWIW, your POI will be on the device and most definitely not on the uSD card.

When it was working properly, you could check the content of your Nav3 era device by plugging in and pointing your browser at http://169.254.255.1/personal/
From there, you can see personal content such as POI files directly. Haven't tried it lately, but it's worth a shot.
