Go Live 1535 keeps rebooting

Ever since I was updating my Go Live 1535 2 weeks ago, the unit reboots in the EULA page or just after the map displays. When the map is displaying the traffic window shows a rotating circle, like it is trying to setup traffic.

I have tried the hard restart, to no avail. It just keeps re-booting. Any other ideas?
 
Do you mean a drum reboot (holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds) when you refer to a 'hard reboot'?

What kind of update were you performing when all of this happened? Any chance it was update to map 945? If so, it may be an errant update, and yes, CS will have to pull that map from your device and re-issue it.
 
Yes, it was the map update from a couple of weeks ago. I do not know if it was map 945. I will call CS. Thanks for the number!
