Feet not Yards?

My TomTom ONE always measures short distances in yards when I would prefer feet. Is it possible to change this some how?

Sorry, but no there isn't. The only options they have is meters or yards. You'll get use to it. Im sure they did this so the numbers(yards away) decrease slowly down.

Or because the GPS accuracy is +/-10 metres? You can't get a fix to an accuracy of even dozens of feet, so what is the point in trying to show that?

It's probably the same reason there is no option to display distances in centimetres.

<---Check it out! I inverted it. Problem is, the board is 'nearly black', not 'really black'. Also the shadowing inverted looks a bit pink don't you think? Think I will probably change it back...
