downloadable celebrity voices for 140S?

Anyone know if these exist?

De Niro, Pesci, Walken, Spice Girls, South Park Star Trek - any of these would be good.


I downloaded some voice files a LONG time ago for my TomTom 710 and then it stopped working (dead battery or other internal problem). Will these same voice files work on the 140S and, if so, how and where do I install them ?

If you have the backup of the 710, then the various relevant files should be found in the voices folder. There should be 2 or 3 files of the form :
• Data<number>.chk ,
• Data<number>.vif ,
• Data<number>.bmp
(may not be a .bmp file)

If these voices were free, then you should be able to copy the files to the voices folder on the new unit using Explorer.
