TomTom Model(s)
Go6000, Go Exclusive that doesn't work properly
I have a GO 6100 and a car that will connect with my telephone by bluetooth. So my question is, can I connect my 6100 so that the route instructions will be played through the car radio?

I haven't found anything about it in the manual??

TomTom has dropped ALL means for external audio (no 1/8" aux plug, no RF modulator, no Bluetooth) from their automotive lineup. Sad.

What a stupid thing to do!

It's a shame that they didn't announce that in the lovely blurb they give out when they are selling it? I can imagine the advertising speak

'Look folks!! Buy this model and you won't be able to connect it with anything but the stupid MyDrive. "

Great in a lot of cases, but you just can't win em all I suppose?

Always check for spec sheets and technical reviews on tech products before buying. Not only do you discover what is present (and missing!) but whether the features actually work satisfactorily.

My GO 740 is still one of the best-featured TomTom units I've ever owned.
