Does anyone see any specials for the 740 live

Don't know anything about VCT Electronics, but fulfillment is directly via Amazon. Best deal I've seen on a new (non-refurb) 740 Live, $219. Amazon.com: TomTom GO 740 Live 4.3-Inch Widescreen Portable Live Internet Connected GPS Navigator: Electronics Double check that it isn't a refurb, though -- that appears to me to be a refurb price in spite of the fact that it's not advertised as a refurb.

Best deal on a new TM version appears to be $269 from a couple of sources, with Amazon again being one of them, and Crutchfield being another.

Has anyone been able to confirm the "Sears: XL340M, $100" deal? I can see it in a scan of one of their circulars, but not others. Just sent a friend in JAX off to buy one - hoping it's actually available.
