730 won't boot with SDHC card

the problem is that every time I insert the card and restart it's stuck at the splash screen...
iv'e tried moving maps to the internal memory, they all work fine this way.
but the same maps on the SDHC card cause the problem. any help would be very appreciated.

Obvious suggestion is to try another sdhc card. Make sure it's a reliable brand, not one of the cheapies offered on ebay, which often turn out to be crap.
