1535TM Map Update

Purchased a TOMTOM TomTom Go Live 1535TM Automotive GPS - 5" Touchscreen Display, North America Maps, Lifetime Traffic, Lifetime Maps.
On boot-up message keeps indicating maps are over 12 months old, yet I have done several updates in the past few weeks.
Thank you in advance for any or all info on this.

The most recent map (released last Tuesday, August 26th) is 935. Is that the version you have on your device?

Settings-->arrow left-->Me and my device-->About my device-->Fifth line down will be the map and its version.

Tom tom indicates map service has expired. Waiting to hear from Tiger Direct on status of map service that was included in sales description.

Did you just buy this unit? There are almost none left anywhere in the retail chain (too bad - great unit!)
If not, have you ever had a successful map update with it? At a minimum, I'd expect the 'latest map guarantee' to have kicked a new map your way.

Tiger Direct sorted out the info and Lifetime Maps access was restored.
