Creating POI Tutorial?

I have seen some great tutorials on this forum for lots of things, but haven't found one yet for creating a batch of POI's for a certain category. Does one exsist?

Also how about converting poi's? I've found a bunch of collections that I would like to share/use, but most of them are in .csv format

what needs to be done to I can get going and making these?

It's very easy to convert CSV to TomTom OV2. This is One of the conversion programs.
