Strange sign on start60

I have a star sign in a circle with a + sign on top right of the circle on main screen of my start 60.
What is it for and how do I get rid of it from the screen?

You've got a "custom menu" running... that's the icon for "Add Favourite" (It adds one at your current location)

To change or get rid of your custom menu, go to Main menu / Settings / "Make your own menu"

Click through a couple of info screens and you'll get to a list of what icons you can put on screen.

Just un-tick everything to get rid of it, or you might find something else in the list that you *would* like to have easily to hand.

That's exactly what it was! I tried for ages to get rid of it but within 30 seconds it was removed. Many thanks and I appreciate your help.
