tomtom warranty question

hi, I bought a tomtom off ebay which was brand new and its been 2 months max. Something happened and it wont switch on, is it still eligible for the limited warranty?

It would help to know what model you have in order to even guess. If it's a unit that's been in production for less time than the length warranty, they've been known to be more flexible about things (at least in the U.S.). If it's a unit that's been sitting around in stock for a couple of years, things can get much stickier.
