Restaurant ratings tied to restaurant POIs

Is such a thing even possible? If so I think it would be a great capability. I was looking over Tyre and it struck me - "is there a way to use a program like that so that it also extracts restaurant POI info and their ratings from Google?".

I would even pay for such a POI set, as long as the ratings were drawn from a known quantity.
