bluetooth connection on tomtom xl iq routes

hey guys im new here and just had my new tomtom.

its the XL seires 2 IQ ROUTES edition, i was updating it the other day, and come accross an update which was phone connection settings, i installed it on the device, and curious to what is was i went and found out, i foiund out that it means it connects to a phone via bluetooth and then gets live traffic info and stuff, on the tomtom i carnt find it anywherre, i just assumed that because tomtom home updated it on my device then it must be compatible. all help appreiciated. cheers

Pretty sure that model does not come with Bluetooth functionality.

Not unusual for Home to offer up files not relevant for a specific model.
