I don't know if this is the place for this, but I'm not sure else to ask either. If I have a list of locations (either by street address or cross street) how do I quickly turn that into a POI?

I know that I can use POI2GO for specific searches within a given area, but for instance the Apple Store POI or the Target Store one. How were those created to get the entire country?

You can't. First step to convert the address into GPS cordinates. There are plenty of websites that will convert them for you.

I assume the author for the application uses yellow page websites for the information.
