I just purchased a 940 GO LIVE and the traffic bar does not display and I do not get my free 3 month subscription to Tom Tom Live services here in the UK.
Tom Tom Support are swamped with calls here in the UK and it takes an age to get anyone on the phone and emails are not much better ... however after a long wait they asked me to reset my unit but nothing has changed ... apart from returning it has anyone got any bright ideas ... The network setting shows it as connected with all the IMEI Nos etc seemingly ok.
